Please beware of this place. I lost something belonging to my son. Called them and they confirmed that they have found it. They made me send them a postal envelope, which I have done immediately, but instead of sending it to me, they have kept it for days, which resulted in the disappearance of my belonging. Now, they completely refuse to take any responsibility on something that they are legally bound and should be covered just basic universal ethics.
I strongly advise you to be careful and keeps your kids away from an environment this negligible about basic things.
I changed my mind about this location, I think the new staff is better because the ladies are very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back
I've been there with 6 other mothers along with 9 kids, and we found a comfortable place to zit and chat while the kids were enjoying themselves, only returning to have something to drink and eat. For the kids, it was great and safe to enjoy every section of every spring attraction. As mothers, we were relaxed and were having great conversations. The kids were always back and forth and were paying great attention to each other. Great place to be.....
Unfortunately the staff was not friendly and very rude. The toilets were not good cleaned. For the children is a good experience but due to a poor service, rude staff we will definitely not come back. The food was not good and hard.

Kabonk a Great concept,. Huge playground 7 stories high very dynamic
Restaurant is quite good, coffees tastes good.
You can reserve time slots, they will announce the end of those time slots and clean up for the next group.
Only if this existed when I was little , I'll probably be there every other week.
A great place for kids to spend their energy.
Als for the parents and grownups, the facility has on almost every floor sitting places and a small counter to order drinks , ground floor they have the coffee and restaurant,
Other facilities in the neighborhood are Mc Donalds , Happy Italy, cinema , De Beren, Pannenkoeken huis ( part of Kabonk), and many more ...
A very colored and fun-looking playing paradise! All the kids loved it! The only downside; because of the seven floor building, it can be a bit hard to keep track of where the children are... But not to worry! They put paddings everywhere, so children won't fall to hard if they do!
Wow super clean, super big... Good food... Not pricey.. . I come from Belgium and wow found this place by chance and I don't regret discovering it! Everything 'netjes'. Too bad you had to close for a while. Hopefully I can come visut again now!
